In the most recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé Happily Ever After, Yara Zaya Dufren revealed to husband Jovi Dufren her desire in purchasing a Prague flat. The only thing on her admirers’ minds as she does this is: Specifically, with what money?

Because she implied that the money she was going to spend was money she had earned through effort by hinting that it was her money… only… Her green card was recently received. Therefore, if she had been working, it would have been against US law.

Spoilers for “90 Day Fiancé”: How is it possible for Yara Zaya Dufren to get an apartment in Europe right now?

She shouldn’t start working until she obtains that paperwork, but since she was selling items online, was it possible for her to do so without a work visa in the US?

Perhaps this was a Ukrainian company, and Yara was a silent partner while someone else, perhaps her mother, ran the company. However, that was not what was conveyed. The implication is that Yara actively worked and saved, and that she now had enough money to purchase a home in Prague, Czech Republic.

Of course, she and Jovi fought over it since Jovi didn’t want her to make any decisions on property purchases without first consulting him, which is what it appears she was attempting to do.

Yara claimed that she wanted to purchase an apartment there in order to be nearer to her mother. She even claimed that her mother had spent years living in the Czech Republic and had just recently returned from Ukraine due to the fighting. (Yara added that they lost their home in Ukraine as a result of the fighting; yikes!)

Yara wants to live nearer to her family, but Jovi pointed out that since she has stay in the US for 180 days out of the year, purchasing an apartment in Prague is, at least in his perspective, not a smart move. But aside from this, when have we ever seen Jovi genuinely be that interested? It has been long-held belief in the fandom that Yara makes decisions for herself and Mila as though she were a single woman, and that she rarely involves Jovi in such decisions, instead merely informing him after the fact.

Jovi can’t really be as active in day-to-day activities as Yara might want him to be because he works constantly, which would account for why she makes decisions like a single woman.

Additionally, Jovi’s wild behavior might have come back to haunt him. People in the fandom have predicted that she would eventually grow tired of what he was doing, and it appears that she is setting up a temporary residence for herself and Mila in case things between her and Jovi finally go the way of the Dodo. Although we don’t want this to happen, it is a possibility, and the way things are going, it is becoming more likely by the day. Stay tuned!!!
