The continuing narrative in General Hospital has made some pretty significant advancements, according to spoilers for Monday, June 12, 2023. Carly will put forth a suggestion to resolve Dex’s issue with Sonny. Austin will have a risky recommendation for Ava in the meantime. Ned will experience a terrifying mishap later on in the episode. Dex and Michael are given a solution by Carly, while Austin pressures Ava to side with Mason.
Carly has been terrified for Dex’s safety ever since Michael told her the real reason he hired Dex to infiltrate Sonny’s company. She is aware that if Sonny finds out, it might result in Dex losing his life. As a result, during the General Hospital episode airing on June 12, 2023, Carly will warn Dex and Michael that they must maintain the status quo in order to protect Dex. She will advise him that in order to keep everyone safe, he must continue working for Sonny and reporting to Michael. Joss, though, won’t be overly thrilled with this notion.

General Hospital rumors suggest that Austin will advise Ava that her only choice is to consent to Mason’s request. Ava will respond by saying that attempting to betray Sonny is equivalent to issuing a death warrant. Austin is willing to wager that if she refuses, the mystery boss lady will kill them both. After all the Nik turmoil he assisted Ava with, he will make it seem like she owes him something. Will it be sufficient to convince Ava to comply, though?

On June 12, 2023, a number of altercations will take place at the Metro Court in an episode of General Hospital. Ned Quartermaine will then trip, strike his head, and plunge into the water. Drew will, thankfully, be present for a heroic moment. Ned will be saved from drowning by him diving in. While Drew does CPR on Ned, Tracy will make an ambulance call. Surprisingly, Tracy would blame Drew for the fall even though it is obvious that he saved Ned’s life. Why would Tracy act in that way? Ned will continue to be unconscious in the hospital because of his serious brain injury. BLQ will be afraid that her father might not wake up as a result up.
Nina will experience dread and guilt somewhere in Port Charles. She is aware of what she did and that her secret might someday come to light. She even worries that if that takes place, it would damage her friendship with Sonny.
