Secrets and Loyalties: General Hospital Explores the Complex Relationships Between Carly, Willow, and Nina

He doesn’t have that kind of expertise. Surely, there are better choices, even if it isn’t Brick (Stephen A. Smith). But when Willow takes her concerns to Carly and feels dismissed by her, despite her mother-in-law’s apologies, she’s going to walk away wondering what on Earth happened to her family while she was in the hospital.

This will be the golden opportunity Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has been waiting for. Finally, Willow is going to be angry with Carly, and Nina will be right there, ready to scoop her up and wipe her tears away as she validates every bad thought of Sonny’s ex. Is playing Willow going to be harder than it was to get Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) to spill the beans on her faltering relationship with her bestie? Maybe.

Willow is no fool, but she may feel down and desperate enough to lean on her birth mother when she feels she has been blindsided by her husband and mother-in-law. Of course, Willow’s pain will only be compounded once Nina’s SEC secret is also revealed, and Willow realizes her own mother lied to her. At least Carly hasn’t done that!
