Ingo Rademacher’s COVID case against the general hospital is unsuccessful.

On General Hospital, Jasper Jack “Jax” was portrayed by the very attractive Ingo Rademacher. He was well-liked and well-received by GH viewers. But if you’ve only lately started binge-watching this iconic daily serial, he’s actually Joss’ father! Ingo, although being well-liked, had his character eliminated from the show during the COVID chaos. Disney had mandated vaccinations, which led to this change in casting. It mandated immunization of the entire cast and staff of all of their productions. Additionally, it specified that failure to comply would result in termination from the project.

The requirement does, however, include exclusions for religious and other health-related concerns. The former Jax from General Hospital sued ABC in December 2021, stating that his request for an exemption was denied and that his dismissal was unfair. After about a year and a half of both parties presenting their arguments, the case has come to a decision. Unfortunately for Ingo, the judge sided with ABC and dismissed his complaint.

Fans have been speculating whether they will ever see Ingo reprise his role as Jax on General Hospital ever since the situation came to light. Bringing back characters is never a difficult endeavor, but we are unsure if this one will. Although, considering Joss’ present perilous plotline, there is ample room for Jax to return. However, given all the resentment, Ingo’s comeback now appears pretty improbable. Fans had better not hold their breath on this one, then!
