Jeremy was criticized by his supporters for advocating fasting. Additionally, they were concerned for their three children. Looking up “autophagy,” the LPBW celebrity shared a story on Instagram with the caption, “concerning fasting for health.” The amount of peer-reviewed literature on fasting-induced cell rejuvenation was also sufficient, he added. The reality TV star was astounded to learn that the body was built with a built-in cell repair system.

Jeremy continued by saying that people’s gluttony (among other things) has led to the sad decline of fasting, making it a lost art. He added that the majority of people are ignorant of how their bodies naturally function. Fans, however, didn’t like his most recent message. They criticized him for the “dangerous” habit as a result. They expressed worries for Radley, Bode, and Ember, his three children. On Reddit, a supporter complained that he should really stop promoting the benefits of fasting. They continued by saying that until he can demonstrate that he actually performs what he is promoting, it isn’t fair. Jeremy also advocated for a seven-day water fast, but he never told his followers about his own experiences. Another follower expressed their fear of how the LPBW couple treated their children because they held such beliefs.

Fans of the LPBW star, however, believe he is making an unfounded attempt to sound informed. His supporters also criticized him for spreading false information. The 33-year-old celebrity recently asserted that unless we fully know the body, mind, and spirit, our bodies are ill. These three factors determine whether or not a body is healthy, the LPBW star continued.

They were all connected, Jeremy added as he continued. He also asserted that fasting is a beneficial practice. To improve one’s health, one must have a sound mind, nevertheless. On the other hand, viewers thought this was too taxing. They further said that he lacks the credentials to talk on this subject.
