On 90 Day Fiance, Olivia and Molly had the appearance of a loving mother and daughter team. But the truth has been quite different. They ran into difficulty in October 2020 because they were violently abusive to one another. Following this, a previous video that Olivia had exposed her mother in has reappeared online. She mentioned being 12 years old at the time of “the first show,” in which Molly coerced her daughter into acting with her. The youngster also claimed that the famous person had abused her ex-husband Luiz and all of her previous boyfriends. Cynthia Decker, Molly’s former best friend and business partner, was also on the list. A well-known Instagram user merrypants reposted this.

Olivia Hopkins went on to remark that just because her mother is a hilarious person on television, it doesn’t necessarily mean that’s how she is all the time. Documents show that Olivia has been accused of simple violence, a misdemeanor.

After being detained, she was released on a $1,500 bond with strict instructions to “not approach or communicate” with Molly and “shall stay away” from the TLC star, according to reports.

In addition, Olivia must leave Molly’s house within 48 hours after her release from jail and avoid “any bar or establishment serving intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine; and any place of Disrepute.”

She also agreed that she couldn’t “possess any dangerous weapons, nor be present at any location where [they] may be found” or “possess or consume any intoxicating liquor or drug, without prescription, or be present at any location where [they] may be found.”

After her arrest, Olivia’s lawyer submitted a motion asking for permission for her to return to Molly’s house, but it was rejected.

The day of January 21 has been set aside for an arraignment.

With her now-ex-husband Luis Mendez, Molly made an appearance on 90 Day Fiance in season five in 2017.

On a girls’ trip to the Dominican Republic, the reality star, who is also a mother to 10-year-old Kensley, met Luis, then 26, at a bar.

Olivia was skeptical of her mother’s brief relationship with the bartender and worried that Luis was simply marrying Molly to obtain a green card.

After less than two months of dating, Luis proposed to Molly, and the two were married in July 2017.
