90 Day Fiance: Gabe and Isabel’s marriage is being opposed by Gabe’s family? Sister Won’t Go To His Wedding!
The 90 Day Fiance family had just been introduced to Gabriel and Isabel as the fourth season of The Other Way started. With their healthy and sincere plot, they have won over the public. The inclusion of Gabe, the first transgender cast member to appear on the show, further won over viewers with TLC. But he still seems to be having issues in his life. He recently learned that his older sister Monica had declined to attend his wedding to Isabel, the love of his life. Is his family opposed to their nuptials?
Monica, Gabe’s sister, unhappy with his wedding on 90 Day Fiance? Does Not Attend?
On 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Gabriel Paboga finally introduced his family in the most recent episodes. The man had to go back to Florida, which was a bummer. He did this since he was unable to marry Isabel because he did not have a valid birth certificate. He returned to Columbia to say “I do” to his fiancée though after getting everything in order. Gabriel was joined by his mother and Monica, his older sister, to participate in the ceremony. The Florida resident was worried about how his fiance would treat his sister because he referred to them as “alpha females.” In addition, Gabe acknowledged that his brother’s meddling had impacted his past relationships as well.
Well, a catastrophe occurred prior to Gabe and Isabel’s wedding. Monica texted her brother to let him know she wouldn’t be attending the ceremony at that point. He was shocked to learn that his older sister wouldn’t be there for one of the most important days of his life. Despite Gabe’s mother’s assurances that they will “get through this,” the American man was unable to control his emotions. Before stepping away from the camera, poor Gabe cried. Fans of 90 Day Fiance are unsure of just what irritated Monica to the point that she made such a choice.
Gabe was being criticized by other fans. They said that he supports his sister’s domineering behavior in their relationships. Viewers encouraged him to “grow a backbone” and confront his sister as a result. Well, the events in Gabriel’s family will only be revealed in the upcoming episodes.

Isabel and Gabriel are believed to be inseparably in love by many 90 Day Fiance viewers. This means that none of them are attempting to defraud the other or view the marriage as a “opportunity” rather than a relationship. However, Gabriel Oaboga’s family holds strongly divergent opinions. His mother and older sister, Monica, sat him down to have a crucial chat with him back when he was in America. His mother insisted that Isabel, his intended wife, sign the contract. Gabriel disagreed and said that doing so would be like “setting up” his marriage for failure.
According to Gabe’s mother, signing a “prenup” would be like having “protection” and “insurance.” Then, after reaching Columbia, Monica brought up the subject in Isabel’s presence. The latter stated that she didn’t have any problems signing the contract because she isn’t with Gabriel for financial or materialistic reasons. Therefore, when Isabel admitted that she had no trouble obtaining a pre-nuptial agreement, Gabe’s sibling found it odd that her mother was against such a thing.
