General Hospital spoilers reveal Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is starting to sweat. When Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was arrested by the WSB and exposed as a double agent in the wake of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) death, Dante knew his days may be numbered.
He relayed this concern to his girlfriend, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), noting the last thing he needed was for anyone to find out about his own past with the WSB. Was this just paranoia on Dante’s part, or was it foreshadowing of things to come? Rumor has it Dante’s past is about to be unearthed in more ways than one. When Dante was brainwashed in Turkey, he carried out many special operations on behalf of the WSB. No one was ever supposed to find out about them. In fact, the horrific events he went through at the hands of the WSB led Dante to develop some serious PTSD. It was bad enough that he left his then-wife, LuLu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) — afraid that he may hurt her or one of their children. Much of what Dante did while he was in captivity with the WSB still remains a mystery. As the truth about that time in his life comes out, he may stand to lose everything he holds dear.
GH Spoilers – Hint His Downfall Could Leave Him Indebted To Sonny Corinthos
Who can a guy like Dante run to when his world is crumbling? The same person most of us run two, of course – his father. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is quite the man of mystery himself; perhaps it runs in the family. Dante never thought he would see the day that he was in the kind of trouble he would need his father — a known mobster — to help him out of. Will Sonny be there to help his first born son during his dire time of need? Of course! But Dante will know that his pop’s help comes at a cost, and someday when Sonny needs a favor in return, Dante will feel obligated to fulfill his debt.

If someone is about to spill all of Dante’s secrets all over town, it stands to reason that his secret past with the WSB might not be the only one that comes out. Could Victor have found out about Dante’s criminal secret past alongside Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)? If everyone finds out that Dante let Cody take the rap for him, it could not only cost Dante his reputation and career, but it may cost him his relationship with Sam, too.
